Devotional
Do All Things with Humility

Philippians encourages us to consider others better than ourselves. While not the norm in an all-about-me world, the writer looked at the life of Jesus and saw a model for happiness and peace. Though worthy of the title God, Jesus did everything with humility. He went all the way to death on the cross – putting our interests above his very life.  

Prayer: God help us to fully understand how to love others through the gift of humility.

Healing
The Bible is full of stories and references to healing: physical, emotional and spiritual. Some teach that all of these stories are nothing more than morality tales. Others say that they happened then, but not now. At Christian Assembly, we fully believe that healing of all kinds still happens today. Why? For two reasons: because God’s Word says that it is one of the signs that will follow Christ's believers and also because healing has happened to many of us.

Mark 16:15-18 - “Go into all the world and preach the good news…and these signs will accompany those who believe…they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

Prayer for Healing: Dear God, you are great and powerful beyond even our imagination. You created all of mankind and the Earth upon which we live. It is well within your power to heal every physical, emotional, mental and spiritual sickness. We pray right in this moment that all who read this page will be healed in the name Jesus Christ.
